RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

While we are confident in the quality of our offerings, we also understand that making a purchase decision can sometimes be daunting. That's why we encourage you to take your time and carefully consider your choice before placing your order. Our goal is to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase from start to finish.

In the rare event that you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. While we strive to provide the best quality products and service, we also understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Rest assured, we're here to assist you every step of the way and will do our utmost to address any concerns you may have.

  • We have a 5-day hassle-free return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any product defect must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice/receipt or proof of purchase.
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS.
  • WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURN IF THE DELIVERED PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, DIFFERENT OR DISCOLORED

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Sale Items, custom order products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products. We also do not accept returns for used items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or Gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Important Note:

Please note that if you have opted for COD facility for payments:

  • If Cash Handling Charges paid by the customer, it will not be refunded.
  • If Cash Handling Charges has been paid by Redhorns, it will be deducted from the total amount paid by customer.
  • If paid through Digital Mediums(NetBanking/Debit/Credit Card/UPI/PayTM, GPAY etc.), no Cash Handling Charges will be deducted.
  • There are areas where courier companies do not provide reverse pick ups. In such cases, the customer needs to send the courier/self-ship at his/her own expenses.
