NEXT DAY DELIVERY (T&C)
We aim to deliver Prepaid Orders Above ₹ 500/- the Next-Day in all major metro cities(metro to metro) like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, etc.
Rest- of-India, we aim to deliver in 1-5 days.
Prepaid customer orders are treated on a priority basis for dispatch & delivery.
This is a free service and not a compelling & legally binding agreement or a liability on our part.
We don't charge anything extra from our customers for this service.
Delivery-related delays might occur in hilly regions like North-East, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, Uttarakhand, or any other remote area or inaccessible area.
After ordering, you will receive an SMS/Email/WhatsApp message for order confirmation from our courier, WareIQ. Customers are requested to confirm the order by clicking on the link. Orders are dispatched only after order confirmation.
All our orders are dispatched at 1 P.M. every day. Any order placed after the cut-off time of 1 P.M. will be treated as the next day order & will be dispatched the next day. The next day delivery is calculated on the basis of the dispatch date.
Redhorns can not be held responsible for any delays for whatsoever reason.
Return/exchange requests will not be entertained due to delivery-related delays.
Redhorns cannot be sued for the delayed delivery for whatsoever reason.
For delivery, we're dependent on our delivery partners. Any disruption due to weather, network, traffic, bandh, unavailability of flights, restrictions imposed by authorities, etc. might delay the delivery.
The delivery policy also applies to returns/exchanges.
Customers are usually updated about their order status through email, SMS & WhatsApp. Customers are requested to check the status of their order and attend to the calls placed by the courier partner or Redhorns.
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location, customers are requested to arrange the delivery/pickup.
